Barrow River Press and Barrow River Publishing House are the umbrella organizations for Thomas Rice’s writing and public presentations . In a broader context, our intent is to connect the author with a wider audience—not only in the Irish diaspora—but all readers who’re drawn to a well-written story, replete with compelling characters, a keen sense of social and cultural nuance, and compassion for the gritty underdogs of fate and fortune.

At this point (2021), Barrow River Press does not publish other writers, so please do not send us manuscripts.

Barrow River Press coordinates Dr. Rice’s speaking and reading engagements, as well as promoting and distributing his published work.
